Eligibility for Return:
- Items must be returned within 7 days from the date received.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Personal wear items (such as socks, undergarments, etc.) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, especially if worn or tried on.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or not in their original condition
How to Request a Return:
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll guide you through the return process and provide a return address if applicable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
