"Items do not look like the picture" or "items do not look good on me"
1. We check every single item before we ship it, so we're very sure that the clothings are the same as the picture. All products are not made to measure, so customers must be aware that there may be slight differences (2-3cm) in the measurement. Maybe it doesn't look the same when you wear it, possibly because of different body sizes with the model, or the sizing problem.
2. If you insist on sending it back, you have to make sure that the items are in the original packaging with tags
3. You must use a shipping company that has tracking status so that we can track where the shipment is.
4. You must bear the taxes charged by custom and if shipment is lost halfway the shipping, you have to take responsibility for it.
5. Once we receive the items, we will check for defects immediately. If there are NO defects, we will refund the money to you. However, if there are defects, we will not do so.
"There are defects on the items" or "I received the wrong product"
1. We check every single item before we ship it, so we're quite confident that there shouldnt be any defects. But if they do, we apologize for overlooking it!
2. Please send us a picture of the defected part/ the product that was shipped wrongly as evidence.
3. We will resend you a brand new product. We will bear the shipping fees as well. You do not need to return the defected/wrong item to us thus you will not need to bear any costs
